Right from this moment..Indishell is declared as a White Hat Ethical Cyber Security Educational & Ethical Hackers Group !! Without the written consent of the Proprietors, no one is authorized to use indishell's name/logo for any kind of publicizing work/media display/electronic use/defacement/conducting seminars/meetings/print media publicity etc !! Indishell's registration details can be seen in detail in my album..we also have appointed M/s Tarwani Associates, Nagpur, Maharashtra,India as our legal consultants/lawyers for any kind of legal query about us if anyone feels like doing so !! If after this notice, anyone is found using indishell's name or logo in any kind of above mentioned work, he/she/they wud be liable for criminal prosecution under the Trade Mark Law of India as amended upto 1999 !!
